Rootle ("we", "us") runs rootleco.com. This is what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order info: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. We need this to send you the thing.
• Account info: if you make one, your email and password (hashed — we can't see it).
• Email signups: just your email and the day you signed up.
• Site analytics: standard stuff — pages visited, device type, rough location from your IP. We use it to figure out what's working.

Who we share it with

We share what we have to with the people we pay to run the business:

• Shopify — runs our store and processes payments.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — to actually deliver your order.
• Email provider — to send order confirmations and our newsletter, if you opted in.
• Analytics — aggregated traffic data, no names attached.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone we don't need to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@rootleco.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. We have to hold onto order records for tax reasons, but everything else we can wipe.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember what's in your cart, and measure site traffic. You can turn them off in your browser, but the cart will stop remembering things.

Kids

The site isn't for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect anything from them.
