Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our supplier. We ship Monday through Friday and we don't ship on US public holidays.

Where we ship

• United States: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• Canada: all provinces.
• Elsewhere: not yet. Sign up to the list and we'll tell you when it changes.

How long it takes

• US standard: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
• Canada standard: 12–25 business days after dispatch.
• Alaska / Hawaii: 15–30 business days.

What it costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $35 in the US — so the Forage Mat ships free.
• $5 flat under $35 in the US.
• Canada is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link as soon as the label is generated. If something goes quiet for more than 5 business days, email us at support@rootleco.com and we'll chase it.
