We want you to love the thing. If you don't, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — in most cases we won't ask you to ship it back.
The basics
- 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep.
- Item should be in usable condition. Light dog use is fine; wrecked by a teething puppy is not.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is on you, unless we shipped you the wrong item.
If something is wrong
Wrong color, damaged in transit, missing a piece from the Set — email us at support@rootleco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement. No return needed.
What we can't take back
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Items returned without a heads-up email first.
- Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email support@rootleco.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
