By using rootleco.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be readable, not airtight legalese, but they are binding.

Using the site

• Don't try to break it, scrape it, or resell our images and copy as your own.
• Don't impersonate someone else when placing an order.
• We can refuse or cancel an order if it looks fraudulent.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in USD and can change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• An order isn't accepted until we send a confirmation email.
• We can cancel an order if the item is out of stock or mispriced. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Using the products

Our mats are foraging tools, not chew toys, not therapeutic devices, not medical equipment. Supervise your dog while they use them. Don't leave a dog alone with one. We're not responsible for what happens if you do.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the name, the look, the photos, the words — belongs to Rootle. You can share it, but don't claim it as your own.

Liability

We do our best to make a good product, but the maximum we'll ever owe you is what you paid for the item. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We can update these terms when the business changes. We'll always show the "last updated" date at the top.
